This historical volunteer update thanks people contributing time and practical support. The presenter introduces an outreach poster and discusses reserving volunteer slots, joining notification teams and assembling an online notebook in response to volunteer questions.

Examples in the notebook concern food preparation and clothing donations. The original title labels the update February 2013, while upload metadata is dated 2014. The recording describes historical processes and does not establish current food-handling, scheduling or donation procedures.
