One of our clients is learning how to advocate for himself in the workplace, developing the confidence to communicate his needs while growing in resilience.

Recently, he experienced the disappointment of losing a job. While that setback has been challenging, it has not stopped him from moving forward. Instead, he continues searching for new opportunities and trusting that another door will open.

Losing a job can be discouraging, especially when someone is working hard to build a more stable future. Yet moments like these often become opportunities to develop perseverance, self confidence, and the skills needed for long term success.
