Gratitude for Moments to Rest
Caring for others begins with making space to care for the people who serve every day.

Caring for others begins with making space to care for the people who serve every day.
Taking time for staff breaks may seem like a small part of the day, but it plays an important role in sustaining the work of the ministry.
These moments provide an opportunity to recharge, connect with one another, and return to the work with renewed focus and energy. In a ministry built on relationships and presence, caring for the team is essential to caring well for the community.
Regular breaks remind us that healthy ministry is not about constantly pushing harder. It is about creating rhythms that allow people to serve with consistency, compassion, and longevity.
We are grateful for a team culture that values both dedication and well-being, recognizing that taking time to rest helps us continue showing up for others with our best.Â
