Serving young adults experiencing homelessness is at the heart of what we do. Along the way, we've also had opportunities to share what we've learned with the wider nonprofit community.

"β€œThe best technology is not measured by how advanced it is, but by how well it helps people and strengthens communities.”"

Serving young adults experiencing homelessness is at the heart of what we do. Along the way, we've also had opportunities to share what we've learned with the wider nonprofit community.

This year, Terry has been renominated for the Salesforce MVP Hall of Fame, one of the highest recognitions within the Salesforce community. With fewer than 30 Hall of Fame honorees worldwide, the distinction reflects more than five years of sustained leadership in peer to peer education and helping nonprofits apply Salesforce in ways that create meaningful community impact.

That commitment continues today.

This month, Terry is preparing a virtual presentation for the local nonprofit Salesforce user group, reflecting on fifteen years of Salesforce applications that have delivered lasting value for Street Youth Ministry. The session will highlight practical lessons learned and how thoughtful technology can support mission driven organizations over the long term.

Looking ahead, Terry has also committed to hosting a "screen side" conversation in July for those interested in ethical and practical applications of artificial intelligence. Drawing from recent pilot projects and early adopter experiences, the discussion will focus on using AI in ways that genuinely serve people and strengthen nonprofit work.

Many of Terry's most enduring educational resources remain available through mightyforce.org, while newer teaching content continues to be shared through the Street Youth Ministry YouTube channel. Whether discussing technology, nonprofit leadership, or emerging tools, the goal remains the same: equipping others to use innovation wisely in service of their communities.
