Demand is up, yet funding is tight. In 2025, we balanced a 9% increase in street populations with the strictest budget controls in our history.

Our outreach teams are on the streets 7 days a week, giving us a front-row seat to a growing crisis. Total unique individuals on the street increased by 9% this year. The data is sobering: for every 20 people we encounter, 5.4 are young adults. In total,
