When clients fully engage with our team and community, they always experience meaningful change. Those who engage lightly see far less progress, showing us once again that guidance, trust, and consistency truly matter. Engagement isn’t just helpful, it’s transformational.

At the same time, we are beginning to see early signs of a shift on the streets. Attendance has softened slightly, and we’re noticing the first indications this year of a small reduction in the number of people living unsheltered. While this may seem encouraging, it also signals the importance of staying alert and adaptable, because changing patterns bring new needs, new barriers, and new opportunities to help.
