Overall numbers continue to explode, driven by high numbers from outreach. We see it in both overage clients and eligible clients. 15% growth month over month is very large. On the other hand, we're seeing pretty big impact from the cramped feeling of our temporary location ("the house"). On-site participation has dropped. We aren't terribly concerned about regular clients coming less frequently but we're looking into how to get more of the new clients into the center.

The change model is still holding soundly, despite ups and downs. That's important. Clients who engage are 6X more likely to be changing at all compared with those who engage only at a surface level. And if you look for lots of change, the number dramatically increases to 20X. Guidance counseling is our product, and it is delivered through engagement. It changes lives!

Looking month to month, you can see some pretty dramatic increases in the outreach numbers of unique people served. You also see the response to the temporary quarters feeling cramped. We think we may have addressed this with changes we've done but we'll have to see if clients think so. Most new clients meet us on outreach, but most new clients come to the on-site center because they are brought by a friend. In August we've started to see more referrals of this type.
