Change Model Drives Engagement and Growth Across Key Metrics in Youth Outreach Program

Our change model shows a 3.4x boost in engagement, steady client numbers, and notable growth in group participation, helpline usage, and outreach impact.
The change model is holding well, with 3.4X improvement of engaged vs not yet engaged. Overall client count in our age range remained the same this month with 20 new clients. Group participation grew by 77% although it remains small per group, which allows for great therapeutic results. The help line grew by 22% client numbers this month. Overage population served through outreach grew by a whoppiong 50% this month but we continue to maintain a 10 to 1 ration of of age clients to total clients on outreach events, which seems to validate their value.
